A standalone mobile app design for Southwest Airlines.

I was responsible for the UX activities and deliverables including a heuristic review, competitive landscape analysis, feature, and application assessment. I was also responsible for visual design comps for all main core features, and functions within the app.

Main features include:
• Login and customer profile
• Message and notification center
• Customer loyalty
• Booking and transactions
• Boarding pass
• In-airport mode with notifications
• Gate and terminal map and feature info
• Arrival info including baggage claim
